To qualify, individuals must possess:
* Around 10 years of relevant actuarial life pricing experience
* Qualified actuary from UK, USA, Australia or equivalent
* Solid understanding and practice of actuarial principles
* Experience working for a reinsurer strongly preferred
* Outstanding management skills (project management and line management)
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Regional experience and aptitude for languages would be an advantage
